1. Are you taking custom orders? 

We are currently not taking any custom orders as of right now. All of the rugs on our site are the only rugs available. We do apologize for any inconvenience! 

2. How long does an order take to process? 

All rugs are made-to-order, meaning once you place your order, we will start the process of creating your rug. It takes about 5-7 business days to create and finish a rug.

3. How long does shipping take? 

It all depends on what shipping rate you choose but once we drop it off at a USPS location, unfortunately, it will not be in our hands anymore. You will have to contact USPS if you don’t receive your item in less than 10 days. Please be adware of holidays, as shipping may take longer than expected. 

4. What materials are used to make the rugs?

All rugs are made with %100 Yarn and Felt. 

5. How does sizing run?

Size varies based on each rug. You can look for the sizing of the rug under the label “sizing”, which is located underneath the item on the page.

 

5. Do you accept returns?

Unfortunately, we do NOT accept any returns. 

6. How do I clean my rug?

All rugs are very delicate so please do NOT machine wash. Instead, grab a washcloth and use warm water to clean the designated area. Let sit dry for 24 hours.

For vacuuming, we suggest that you use a Vacuum wand. Using the Vacuum itself will most likely tear and rip your rug apart.
